I don’t hand out 5 star reviews lightly. If it’s really good, it gets 4. I wish I could give Rock Hollow 6 stars. I wish I could play it every day. I wish I could drink it in pure liquid form, because it’s solid gold from the 1st tee to the 18th green. Victoria National alone even has a right to stand on two feet in the presence of Rock Hollow, among Indiana courses. Hole 1 is the best starting hole in the state, and it’s joined by holes 7, 8, and 14 in the top 30 overall holes, based on my analysis. Even the weaker holes (9, 10, 15) are both pleasant and challenging, and would be among the best holes on most other Hoosier layouts. Rock Hollow, remote as its location may be, is an isolated journey back to a time where the world was simple, and nature flourished. It has always felt like home to me, and always will.

Fantastic golf course and operated by wonderful people. This is THE place to play north of Indianapolis. I would rate it in the top 5 public courses in the state. Always in great condition and always enjoyable…even though I tend to lose half of the balls in my bag due to errant shots!

I’m more than happy to drive the hour and a half to this course any time! Hidden gem of Indiana. Love the ever changing layout and scenery. The course has always been in good condition and the staff have always been great. Just played there last week and lost my 8 iron. The staff found it! THANK YOU! I’ll see you next week.

Drove an hour in to play here, definitely a hidden gem. Loved everything about this course. Course was in excellent condition and greens rolled well. Will definitely be back when I can.
